Tracked shipping to Australia:
- Flatrate up to 1KG $25.00
- Allow 5-14 Working Days
Standard shipping within New Zealand:
- 0-1kg $6.00
- 1kg & up $25.00
- Allow 5-14 Working Days
Return Policy
You may return most new/original condition items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
IMPORTANT: Items must be new and in unworn condition, as well as being in their original packaging. Returns with signs of use will be rejected. Any sign or scent (including deodorant) or animal hair will result in the return being rejected.
We cannot make full refunds on sale items. Sale/clearance items returned to us can be exchanged or have store credit issued.
We cannot accept returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons.
We will cover the additional postage fee to re-send an exchange to you, however will only do this once. If you want to exchange an item twice you will incur a shipping and handling fee.
If you need to return an item contact us via email stating whether you would like a refund or replacement. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.

We recommend that you send your returns via a tracked and insured delivery service. We will not accept responsibility for returns lost in the post.

Shred Athletics® does not accept responsibility for serious delays in shipping time caused by natural disasters, strikes or incorrect address information.
All colours are replicated as perfectly as possible on our website, however some small variation may occur - please be aware of this.
Shred Athletics® reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time. If this is the case all money will be refunded within 2 business days.
